American Society for Reproductive Medicine - „The Vision of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) is to be the nationally and internationally recognized leader for multidisciplinary information, education, advocacy and standards in the field of reproductive medicine. The ASRM is a non-profit organization whose members must demonstrate the high ethical principles of the medical profession, evince an interest in infertility, reproductive medicine and biology, and adhere to the objectives of the Society”.

Fertility Society of Australia - „The Fertility Society of Australia is the peak body representing scientists, doctors, researchers, nurses, consumers and counsellors in reproductive medicine in Australia & New Zealand”.

International Society for Mild Approaches in Assisted Reproduction - „The International Society for Mild Approaches in Assisted Reproduction (ISMAAR) is a non-profit making organisation and a UK Charity. Set up to promote a more physiological, less drug-oriented, lower risk, less expensive and more patient friendly approach to assisted reproduction embracing not only natural cycle treatment but also mild stimulation protocols and in-vitro maturation of oocytes. Recent research suggests that IVF in modified natural cycles or in cycles combining mild stimulation with antagonist is likely to replace the current conventional IVF protocols. The Society focuses both on the basic science and clinical aspects of assisted reproduction. It is dedicated to conducting practical workshops for training and also seminars for educating assisted reproduction technology professionals in the developed and developing world. ISMAAR aims to establish a direct dialogue with the voluntary sector and politicians to campaign for IVF to be a safer, softer and more affordable treatment globally”.

International Federation of Fertility Societies - „Founded in 1951, the mission of the International Federation of Fertility Societies (IFFS) is to stimulate basic and clinical research, disseminate education, and encourage superior clinical care of patients in infertility and reproductive medicine worldwide. As part of its educational outreach, each year IFFS conducts workshops in selected cities in underdeveloped countries, sponsors a Symposium in its International Series on topics of regional concern, and every three years holds a World Congress hosted by a national fertility society from within the federation”.

Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology – „SART is the primary organization of professionals dedicated to the practice of IVF, or assisted reproductive technology (ART). The organization represents the majority of the ART clinics in the country. The mission of SART is to establish and maintain standards for ART so that you receive the highest possible level of care”.

Society for Sex Therapy and Research - „The Society for Sex Therapy and Research (SSTAR) is an international society founded in 1975. SSTAR is a community of professionals who have clinical and/or research interests in human sexual concerns. Its goals are to facilitate communication among clinicians who treat problems of sexual function, sexual identity, and reproductive life. SSTAR strives to provide a forum for exchange of ideas between those interested in research in human sexuality and those whose primary activities are patient care through annual meetings, fall clinical conferences, membership newsletters, and an e-mail list-serv for members”.

Society for the Study of Reproduction – „The Society for the Study of Reproduction (SSR) was founded in 1967 to promote the study of reproduction by fostering interdisciplinary communication among scientists, holding conferences, and publishing meritorious studies. Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority – „The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority is the UK's independent regulator overseeing the use of gametes and embryos in fertility treatment and research”.

International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis – „The mission of the International Society for Prenatal Diagnosis is to:

  • advance the science and evidence based practice of all aspects of prenatal screening, diagnosis and therapy;

  • foster education in and knowledge of the above areas, among members and the public, by means of international symposia, meetings, and courses and the society's journal, Prenatal Diagnosis;

  • encourage the exchange of information and experience among members and between members and the public; and

Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society – „Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis International Society coordinates research, education and training in preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), requiring a close collaboration of obstetricians, fertility specialists, embryologists and human geneticists, to insure safety and accuracy of PGD and its application into clinical practice for improvement of genetic practices and reproductive medicine”.

Abortion Care Network – „Connecting the abortion care community, the Abortion Care Network is the driving force behind the movement to de-stigmatize and normalize the abortion experience while offering support and training to the abortion care community. Founded in 2008, as a successor to the National Coalition of Abortion Providers, ACN has created a network of independent abortion providers, supportive allied organizations, and socially conscious individuals who are deeply invested in creating an environment where women who choose abortion, and those that provide care, are no longer harassed or shamed by the choices they make”.

ASTRA – „Central and Eastern European Network for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights is a regional informal network created in December 1999 by women’s rights organizations and activists from Central and Eastern Europe. Currently ASTRA consists of 39 organizations from 21 countries. ASTRA advocates for the full implementation of sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) with special focus on specific reality of SRHR of women in Central and Eastern Europe”.

Center for Reproductive Rights – „For 20 years, the Center for Reproductive Rights has used the law to advance reproductive freedom as a fundamental human right that all governments are legally obligated to protect, respect, and fulfill”.

International Consortium for Medical Abortion – „The Steering Committee currently consists of nine individuals with abortion-related expertise in advocacy, service delivery and training, representing a broad information base from among the Consortium's members. The majority of Steering Committee members come from developing countries or countries in transition, with an appropriate gender balance and geographic distribution. The International Campaign for Women’s Right to Safe Abortion – „The International Campaign for Women’s Right to Safe Abortion was launched on the International Day of Action for Women’s Health on 28 May 2012.
